Guillermo Ginés
President of the Panel
Category for Education Centres

Graduated in Advertising and Public Relations by the Complutense University of Madrid, Guillermo Ginés has a long history in the TBWA agency in which since 2006 isGeneral  Creative Director having the maximum creative responsibility of all disciplines and companies of the TBWA group in Madrid.

During all this time, he has worked for clients such as PlayStation, McDonald’s, Adidas, Renfe, El Corte Inglés, General Direction of Traffic, Marca, Ono, Nivea, 3M, Loewe, UNHCR, Manos Unidas … and many more.
Jury at various advertising festivals, such as El Sol of Iberoamérica, El Ojo of Iberoamérica, FIAP, The New York Festival, Ad Stars Festival and other national festivals. He has also won awards at all international advertising festivals such as Cannes, The One Show, Clio, El Sol, Eurobest, Epica, London International Awards, ADC*E and Inspirational, among others.

Juan Polo

Juan Luis Polo Hernanz
President of the Panel
Category for Universities

Founder Partner and New Business Director of the consulting agency Good Rebels (before Territorio Creativo), which counts among its clients large companies such as Toyota, Ikea, Inditex, L’Oreal or Spotify.

Expert in digital transformation of companies and how it affects the management of teams and organizations. With more than twenty years of experience in the digital environment, he is one of the references in the adaptation of the companies to the new context. He is President of the Association of Digital Agencies (AD) and professor of the Institute of Business School giving seminars on digital marketing within the Superior Program of Advertising and Digital Marketing.
He has written with his brother Fernando two works reference of the digital transformation and the change of business management model:  #Socialhoilc and #Lidertarios. It also belongs to the network of Thinking Heads speakers and thinkers.

Ricardo Hernández Ontalba

Category for Distance Learning

He is expert on marketing and Managing Partner of
EALDE Business School. He also works in
other well-known business schools.

Previously, he was the Director of Advertising Studies in UFV University and the Director of the Business Department in Btl in Tapsa. He was also a member of Top Ten Marketing of Spain from 2008 until 2011. He is the author of Gestión de la publicidad, (Netbiblio 2007).

Ignacio del Corro García – Lomas
President of the Panel
Category for Business and Postgraduate Studies Schools 

He is passionate about marketing and communication which had made him a Strategy and Communication expert in Direct Marketing, Relationship Marketing and Digital Marketing. He has been working for more than 30 years and he has received several awards.

Nowadays, he works as General Director in WON, an advertising agency pertaining to Grupo Quinteam and as a Director and Professor of a Master’s Program in Digital Customer Manager, MICEMD (ICEMD-ESIC).

Juan García Escudero

Graduated in graphic design by the IED and currently General Creative Director of Leo Burnett.

Juan has worked for accounts such as Lotteries and Betting of the State, DIA%, Nivea, McDonald’s, Jeep, Chrysler, Smart, Mercedes, Digital Plus, Once, among others. He has managed international accounts including Corona, Unilever and Kraft. Among his awards at national and international festivals are 2 Grand Prizes and 15 soles at El Sol in San Sebastián, 1 Grand Prix, 6 Lions and 14 Finalists including one of them in the Titan category at Cannes, prizes and mentions at D&AD, One Show, CdeC, LAUS, FIAP, CLIO, etc and a Grand Prix at the Echo awards.

Carlos Jorge Hernández

Category for Vocational Training Centres

Carlos is graduated in Advertising and Public Relations by the Complutense University of Madrid and is currently General Creative Director  in the Contrapunto BBDO Agency where he is the maximum responsible for creativity and is part of the Management Committee of the company. Thanks to his leadership is among the best creative Agencies of the national scene.

He has developed his career in Contrapunto BBDO and he has worked for main brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, Chrysler, Cruzcampo, Cutty Sark, Canal Plus, Digital+, Smart, Cepsa, Amnesty International and others.

He has received multiple awards and distinctions at Cannes Lions, El Sol, FIAP, in which he has also participated as a jury, CdeC, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Laus, One Show, Communication Arts, Clio, Eurobest, Eficacia, Epica and Ondas Award among others.

Rodrigo Ron

Rodrigo Ron Zorzano

Category for Educational Products

Graduated in Journalism and Advertising by the University of Navarra. Rodrigo Ron is one of the founders and CEO of El Chupete, the International Festival of Children’s Communication, with the aim of encouraging, propagating, rewarding and reflecting on responsible communication directed to this public.

He has worked in Madrid, London and Barcelona in agencies such as Tiempo BBDO Madrid, Saatchi&Saatchi London, Torre&Etc Barcelona, ​​for clients such as Disney, Pans&Company, Chimos, Borges, Six Flags, El Corte Inglés, Boomer, Mattel, Filmax, Renault, SESAC Latin among others. He has also written for media such as ABC, El País, La Gaceta de los Negocios, Todo Papas, El Publicista, etc. And as a speaker he has participated in many congresses and universities in Spain and Latin America.

Co-writer of books such as “Smartphones and tablets Teach or distract?”, “Children, teenagers and social networks, Konectados or atrapa2” and “Under the influence of Branded Content” and as a communication consultant on film projects such as “Mia Sarah “,” Garbo the spy “,” Ways to live forever “and for musical groups like” DVicio “.

Uschi Henkes

She is graduated in Communication Design by Darmstadt, and currently is Creative Director and Founder Partner of Zapping Agency.

She began his professional career at Young & Rubicam Franckfourt, later in Munich and Madrid. Later she worked in Contrapunto Agency where she was for 5 years and continued his career at Lowe and Barro/Testa Group. Eighteen years ago he founded Zapping alongside Urs Frick.

She has been awarded prizes at national and international festivals such as Cannes, El Sol, CdeC, Laus, Eurobest, The New York Festival, in which she has also been a juror, as well as recognized in The One Show, Ad&D, Clio, Epica and FIAP among others.

Judith

Judith Francisco
President of the Panel
Special Award for Young Talent

Graduated in Advertising and Public Relations by the Complutense University of Madrid, Judith Francisco has a wide professional experience in different companies in the field of creativity. She has worked in Grupo Barro-Testa, as Art Director at Young & Rubicam and at Wieden & Kennedy in Amsterdam and in 2002 she started as Creative Director at the agency Señora Rushmore.

Since 2008 she has been a Founder Partner and Director of Strategic Planning for the creative and strategic agency Swing Swing. Since 2013 she has also been a Founder Partner and Designer of the Creative Studio of children’s spaces and objects Playoffice.
She has been a member of the Board of the Creative Club of Spain between 2008 and 2010 of which she was Vice President between 2011 and 2014.

She has also participated in different creativity and design festivals such as Laus, CedC, JC Decaux, interactiva awards and MUSA Publicidad in the Reina Sofía Museum. Also in the festivals D&AD,Art Direction 2017 and El Sol that same year.
